A Flash of Green and Gold was created in my mind, then on canvas after witnessing the incredible whirling actions of the Ruby-throated Hummingbird at our feeder. Our trumpet vine that’s covered with gorgeous colorful blooms is a favorite of the hummingbirds for it’s tasty nectar. These fascinating tiny birds are amazingly energetic flashing their bright green and nearly gold as they swiftly check out several flowers in one visit.

In September 2022 her paintings were featured on Outdoor Oklahoma Television sponsored by the OK Wildlife Commission.
