It never stops to amaze me every time I see a beautiful human figure concentrating in their own movement and thought, so absorbed as to feel lost in the moment. Such moments turn to wonderful painting opportunities when accompanied by beautiful lighting situation. Liz is all about a casual and relaxing moment, perhaps in the morning, as she flips through pages of a magazine in her pajamas. The cool light came from above, illuminating her hair and the magazine page, leaving most of her body in the warm shadow.

Changing her career path, she honed her passion for the media by attending classes at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and taking workshops with master painters, ultimately earning a Master of Fine Arts degree in 2020. She is a signature member of Oil Painters of America and American Impressionist Society, and represented by Reinert Fine Art in Charleston, SC and Waterhouse Gallery in Santa Barbara, CA.
