53rd Annual Show Catalog
BETTY J. BILLUPS ZION AFTERNOON
12” x 16” — Oil $1,675
All of my landscapes have always been captured in plein air, that is, on the spot, not from photos or in the studio. I spent a nice length of time in Zion National Park, attempting to capture the grandeur and beauty of this magnificent landscape. Late afternoons are usually my favorite time to capture the “soul” of any place.
