BRENDA MORGAN COWBOY COMMENTARY

There’s just something about a cowboy isn’t there?

They ride from sunup to sundown, roping and herding cows and horses. They are a quiet sort, but when they gather, whether to let the horses have a drink or sit around the campfire, there are stories to be told. I would imagine some are tall tales, very tall tales. Oh, to be that little frog at the edge of the water, able to listen to the story being told here! What a treat that would be. No one notices that he’s there except one of the horses. The horse is telling the frog, “Man, I’ve heard this same story so many times and that bronc just keeps gettin’ rougher every time!”
