I have always been infatuated with horses, even as a child. Living in the Southwest I’m inspired by everything western. From the awesomeness of the scenery, to the smallest details of horse tack, the West just fascinates me. This painting is just a peephole into my daily diary.

Recently, I have been exploring new styles and techniques in oil painting. This has been a very challenging yet rewarding experience and has expended my artistic capabilities. The beauty is awe inspiring, from the rugged mountainous terrain, the breath taking sunsets and the beautiful color canyons; the southwest has much to offer.
