Coming Home was inspired by the first WAOW Gathering at the Wolf Creek Ranch in Oklahoma this past fall. I loved this scene as we entered through the gates and began to drive into the ranch. Roads can be mysterious as well as welcoming. To my surprise the owner took me back to this road as she showed us the ranch noting how special this drive was to her. I loved it also as it revealed the vastness and variety of this beautiful place.

She has also studied with some of the top artists in the country including Doug Dawson, Frank LaLumia, Fran Larsen, and Kevin MacPherson. Amy has served as a WAOW president and is currently a master signature emeritus member of WAOW and a signature member of Plein Air Artists of Colorado. Amy resides in Breckenridge, Colorado.
