Most of a groom’s life are the 1 to 10 horses in his charge. This groom at Saratoga was thrilled when I stopped and he showed me HIS filly. “She is my favorite, this one. Oh, she is nice!” And then the filly nuzzled his neck and he beamed! Beautiful!
