I gaze upon the Front Range every day, which is a whole ‘nother perspective, totally different than being in the mountains but just as beautiful.

It was a bit of a challenge for me to transition to fine art midway in my career. When you’re used to art directors giving you assignments and deadlines and then suddenly, you have a blank canvas to paint whatever you want, it was surprisingly hard to decide and commit, but I eventually settled down and thrive on the freedom of painting what moves my soul.
