Humans and Wolves share similar needs: companionship and communication. I could imagine this wolf’s plight at the time. He was in captivity, which is not a natural condition, and seemed to be yearning for his pack. This painting captures that moment, and the shared expression of howe humans and wolves feel in times of solitude.
