She attended Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas as a fine art major and has taken numerous workshops with admired artists. Her primary mediums are oil, pastel and pencil. She lives and works in Topeka, KS.

The Buffalo Scout is searching for signs of the bison herds roaming the plains. This scout crosses the Cheyenne river hoping to find what he seeks over the next ridge.
